1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mandala Bloom website (mandalaflowers.com) and any orders placed through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp after checkout.
  • Orders remain “On Hold” until confirmed by our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders after 24 hours.

3. Product Availability

Flower availability varies by season and supplier. If a specific flower in your chosen bouquet is unavailable, we will contact you via WhatsApp to offer an alternative of equal or greater value. No substitutions will be made without your consent.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Whish Money.
  • Whish Money payments receive an automatic 5% discount applied at checkout.
  • Whish payments must be sent to 71 628 332 and confirmed via WhatsApp with a screenshot.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across Akkar, Lebanon, including Al Jouma villages, Halba, and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery fees vary by zone and are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road conditions, etc.).
  • The recipient or someone at the delivery address must be available to receive the order.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins by contacting us via WhatsApp.
  • Once a bouquet has been prepared, cancellations are not accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged arrangement, contact us immediately with photos via WhatsApp. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, phone, delivery address). We do not share your personal information with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
