We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Whish Money. Paying with Whish gives you an automatic 5% discount.

We deliver across Akkar, Lebanon — including Al Jouma villages, Halba, and surrounding areas. Check our Delivery & Areas page for details.

Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. For same-day delivery, please order before 12:00 PM and confirm via WhatsApp.

Some flowers are seasonal. If a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp to suggest a beautiful alternative. We never substitute without your approval.

Absolutely! You can add chocolates, vases, teddy bears, balloons, and greeting cards to any bouquet. You’ll see these options on the product page.

Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. If we haven’t started preparing your bouquet, we can modify or cancel your order.
